Adrian Carty -
Director
Adrian has over 15 years of recruitment experience in Ireland and Australia. He has recruited across a range of different job specialities (Accounting, Finance, Banking, Insurance, Sales and Marketing, Scientific/Healthcare, Engineering, Supply Chain) and overseen recruitment teams in Information Technology, Legal, Human Resources and Business Support. Adrian has operated at all levels – Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Team Leader, Recruitment Manager, Divisional Manager, Branch Manager and Director/Managing Director level – so is well placed to know exactly what each role requires.
Adrian is a thought leader in the recruitment sector. He has a large and active following on LinkedIn who like to hear his daily recruitment advice and engage in thought-provoking conversation.

Amanda McPherson
Amanda has over 10 years experience in the recruitment industry. Her roles have progressed from 360° recruitment within the Accounting & Finance sectors, to training, development and coaching consultants. At Greenbridge, Amanda excels at talent sourcing. She loves speaking to experienced recruitment consultants and people who would like to explore a career in recruitment, from all around the world.

Catherine Davis
Catherine is originally from the US and moved to Australia after university. She has over 7 years experience, initially starting her recruitment career working for a large recruitment group within the Construction and Property Recruitment space; eventually managing the Architecture team across Building Design, Landscape Architecture and Interior Design.
At Greenbridge, Catherine uses her network and experience to find Recruitment Consultants their dream roles. Her ability to match the right people with the right business is second to none.
Michelle Wong-Grech
Michelle has over 10 years experience in recruitment roles, in agency and in-house. Starting out her recruitment career in Singapore, Michelle has recruited for Sales & Marketing, Business Support, Supply Chain & Procurement and HR roles in the IT industry. She then joined Google in an in-house talent acquisition role. Michelle moved to Australia in an agency role before joining Greenbridge. She now provides Recruitment to Recruitment (Rec-to-Rec) services to the Australian and Asian markets.
Matthew Clark
Matt is originally from Scotland joins the team from a strong coaching back ground in rugby union where he has 9 years experience across various levels of sport as well as learning from high performance environments across AFL, Rugby League and Rugby Union. His passion for athlete wellbeing and development off field has him working with male and female athletes across sporting codes in the AFL, NRL and Rugby Union through a well established network and understanding of the crossovers of being an athlete and thriving in the recruitment industry.
He also focuses on rookie recruiters looking to establish themselves in the recruitment industry.
In his spare time he enjoys coaching at The Randwick Rugby Club.
