Standard KPI's in Recruitment typically measure:

Candidate Interviews (with you)

Business Development Calls

Client Meetings

Candidates Interviews (with client)

Placements

Key measurables/ratios in recruitment:

How many candidate calls do you need to make to achieve an interview (with yourself)?.  How many BD calls do you need to make to get a client meeting on? How many Meetings before you get a job on? How many CV sends before you arrange Client Interviews?  Then finally, how many placements do you need to make to bill your target? (Based on average placement fee).  These are the kind of metrics you will be measured on in the Recruitment world.
